This is an incredibly efficient massage tool made from silicone. Fully automatic (no power needed), it allows you to recreate at home and at your own pace, the famous "skin pinch and roll technique" from the Physiotherapist or the beauty therapist. You need to bear in mind that the "skin pinch and roll" technique is the only efficient technique recognised by professionals to fight cellulite.
Clinical study over 6 weeks on 67 persons revealed that:
85% of users say they noticed a reduction in the appearance of their cellulite
82% of users say they noticed a reduction in thigh circumference
72% of users say they see a slimming effect
86% of users say they noticed a reduction of the orange peel
86% of users recommend the product to a friend
*Results vary depending on how you use it and how often*
Here's how to use it:
Firstly start by applying massage oil, or soap and water during your shower, then evacuate the air from your cup and place it on the area to be treated. The pinching of the skin occurs immediately after you release your cup.
With its mechanical action, it helps the lipolysis (degradation of fat cells in the body) and remove the 'orange-peel' effect from your skin. This technique is non-invasive and safe. It is adaptive whatever the type of cellulite: fat, aqueous, mixed or fibrous. Unbreakable, portable, you can take it anywhere.
3 to 4 weekly sessions for about 8 minutes per area.
How does it work?
You may well have understood, cellulite leads to the formation of clusters of adipocytes. As long as these groups remain grouped together, it will be impossible to eliminate them. With the cup massage and its reproduction of the skin pinch and roll technique, you will deconstruct these clusters. As the massages continue, these clusters of adipocytes will reduce. The fat cells will be released and therefore used by your body. The excess fat is converted into energy: it is the lipolysis (breakdown of fat). Furthermore, the adipocytes don't compress the blood and lymph vessels and water, collagen, oxygen ... all flow better. Your skin recovers its elasticity!
You are a woman, and you will remain so ... We advise you to regularly perform your massages to maintain the results. Indeed, even if you continue your efforts with diet and exercise, you cannot affect your hormonal changes.
Started cupping for thighs cellulite about a week ago and i must say i saw improvement after the first use . Now the dimples are not noticeable anymore , barely see them when i touch my skin. Skin is so smooth and soft now . I must say i exercise really hard so thay helps too. Tip: squeeze until both side are touching to suck to the max. I highly recommend it!!
This product is easy to take with me wherever I want. I love the color and the material.
I am excited to keep using it and see the results!
Hard to get use to at first but still works really well!
I works, i been using it for weeks now i can see results, you have to be consistent but with one use you can tell it works and the way the silicone absorbs the skin.
I read somewhere that 5 minutes of cupping is equal to about 30 minutes of deep tissue massaging. I'm inclined to agree. My massage therapist is brutal, but the best. I usually get bruises on my inner thigh when it's been a while between massages. This product feels the same as her massages when I use it over my thighs buttocks and abs. I'm going to save my weekly $100 in therapy for a while!
As for the suction, keep in mind that the smoother the surface, the longer the suction will last. My thighs are not usually shaved, so I average about 30 seconds before I need to give the cup a quick squeeze without even lifting! You just need to get the hang of it. If you have lumpy inner thigh fat try it for 5 minutes and you can feel the lumps disappear! I hear it's temporary but not if I use it 3 times a week forever!
For any of you who have had a real deep tissue massage you'll know what I mean. For those who haven't, brace yourself because it hurts! I would not advise using this on older thinner, less elastic skin (70's and 80's).
There's a brief YouTube tutorial that really helped.
